You are looking for The Gryffindor Floo - - located near the Village. To prevent being muggled, park your vehicle immediately outside of the Village walls. The Gryffindor Floo is fortified, so entrance to the orifice is imperfect.
Welcome to the Floo Network!
floo, aka flue; Eng. originally meaning "chimney", present day it means any duct for allowing heat or hot gases to escape from a heating device. Most floos are sitting in plain view but go unnoticed.

From the Harry Potter chronicles The Floo Network is made up of various fireplaces all over Britain. When Floo Powder is thrown into a fireplace that is connected to the network, the fire will burn a brilliant no bushwhacking! green and assume a state that allows a witch or wizard to enter the fire without being burned, at which point he or she will state the name of another Floo Network location and then be connected to that location in a spinning rush of emerald green flames.

It is important to state the name of the intended destination very clearly so as to avoid being connected to the wrong location, and it is also important to keep one's elbows tucked in. The Floo Network's function, in fact, is something similar in principle to the use of a Muggle telephone; giving an incorrect destination is like dialing a wrong number ... and, of course, all of this information has nothing to do with finding a Floo Cache! As with all Floos, they are ivy-free and no bushwhacking is required. Ironically, campfires are prohibited in all floos. More about the Floo Network.

We were out in California to meet our new granddaughter. While there, we introduced the parents to geocaching. On our way back to the airport we stopped to snag this cache. Clever cache container. We took a picture of it and we may "steal" this idea for some of our cache hides in Texas. TNLN SL TFTC.
