Castor Canadensis Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Moun10Bike: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

I went to this place last summer and thought it would be a great cache site. I even placed a cache there. Then I got really lazy and just let it sit.... and never wrote it up. 3 weeks ago I went back to check on the cache. Things have really changed. The cache area is now a flood plain because a very busy beaver dammed up the creek. This provides an excellent opportunity to view the work of nature's engineer. I moved the cache to a much drier area, but...you will have to find your own way in. There's a good chance you will get wet and dirty, so come prepared. Watch out where you walk, and avoid the thorn trees and berry vines. That's the bad news. The good news is...plenty of parking, regular cache (ammo box), and no puzzles. DubyaDee
