Geocache Description:

Nadmorská výška cache: 542m. Je dostupna "drive in", ale pešky od reky si trochu zafuníte!
Altitude 1780ft. Drive in available, but who go from a rirver, will expect heavy walk!

Cache je umístena ve stráni nad stavením, kde více než pred 200 lety stávala astronomická observator cisterciáckých mnichu, kterí tc. pusobili v nedalekém kláštere ve Zlaté Korune (založen Premyslem Otakarem II. roku 1263 a zrušen císarem Josefem II. roku 1785). Z tohoto místa je puvabný výhled na zmínený klášter a meandr Vltavy.

A cache has been hidden in hillside above a building, where stood Cistercian monks' astronomical observatory. These monks lived in the near monastery more than 200 years ago. From this place you appreciate graceful sight to The Golden Crown Monastery and meander of the Vltava river. (The monastery was establish by czech king Premysl Otakar II. in 1263 and dissolved by emperor Joseph II. in 1785)
