Kids Cache Traditional Cache
Christopher Pike: Unfortunately, this cache page has been archived due to the lack of a timely maintenance resolution, or no response to my previous note. If the owner would like to have it reinstated, please contact me through my profile or email address referencing the GC code and name of the cache within the next 30 days. Please note that un-archiving a cache page places it through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines and land manager policies currently in effect.
I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and look forward to seeing more of your caches up and running in the future.

All through the western part of North Dakota, you will find roads covered with scoria. Scoria is a light weight red rock derived from clay. In this area, scoria is very abundant, and this geocache is in a scoria pit. The area is plentiful with clay, and this scoria has fossels in it.
Spend some time looking through the scoria see if you can find some fossels. This is a great kids cache so bring the family along. You'll need to park and follow the tracks through the field to find this one.
This cache was created by seven kids from the area. The box is a green ammo box hidden in a depression. Each kid added some thing of their own choosing to the cache. Here is what was originally in the cache: Plastic Rabbit, several little bears, a golf ball, a bouncy ball, two frizzbees, some skin tatoos, thomas train pictures, two horseshoes, post-it notes, marker, fossel, dragon fly picture, butterfly pin, pooh bear clip, barbie hair brush, angel pin, black comb and two glass beeds.
