August is one of the best months on the Oregon coast, and best of all "you meet the nicest people geocaching!" a phrase Steve N Nancy have coined (or buttoned). Come and join us with your geocaching stories and meet with friends, make some new ones and endulge in a bit of sweet snacks.
Things you can bring:
Your favorite sweet desert or snack (Home made would be great, but not necessary).
A drink of your choice.
There is a long picnic table (and I mean long!) for all of us to sit at.
Paper plates, napkins, forks and knives will be provided.
If it should be wet (never rains much here in Oregon), there is a roof we can set up under but you will need to bring a chair or two.
Some time during the event there will be a chance to go and find some new geocache containers (not listed online) and claim for you own to hide somewhere as you may chose (a new geocache for us to find in the future!) Containers will be hidden by Kenny art before hand.
Time to arrive, 6pm, conversation, eating and finding will continue until everyone is exhausted!
Please write a "will attend" note so I have an idea how many geocache containers to provide.
