Location provides a fairly nice view of the city that I'm sure a lot of people don't see. Terrain is easy and parking can be found as little as 100 ft away.
Named for the date placed, this is the first cache I've hidden. I've been thinking of placing a cache here for a couple of weeks or so now but hadn't fully investigated a spot until today and found what seems to be a nice little spot. The view is pretty nice and an angle of the city that most people don't get to see. I don't think it should be too hard except for the chance of fitness muggles.Terrain depends on how you approach, but if you use mapquest you should be able to find the approach that makes this a 1 star for terrain.(P.S. Stop by "A stroll in the Park" if you haven't done that one yet. It's less than .2 mi. away and is in a cute little neighborhood garden.)
