Simply Paul: Big thanks to hholtdavis for their help here, collecting up a cache that's certainly past its prime. Thanks too for all the logs; I hope you enjoyed a big day out on the hills! Happy caching folks.

Photo by Itschopper. This cache was placed during my Death or Glory! Preferably Glory! (Scafell Pike) event on the 12th of August (the glorious 12th, of course. Fitting!) 2006. This cache is hidden at around 1,800ft (550m) on Scafell Pike, so isn't a drive-by cache ;)
Special thanks to Longfram Kev and The Golem who are looking after this cache for me. It's hidden on the Wasdale route up Scafell Pike, England's highest mountain. It's close to a junction of paths in an area which I'm happy to report is called Brown Tongue. The right path takes you up the Mickledore route. The left is the easier Lingmell climb. The way is yours to pick, but do try to pick Glory over... the other one. Play safe, and don't try for this cache without appropriate equipment and experience of fell walking.
This cache is over 10 years old! Please help look after it for the next 10+ by resealing and rehiding it with care. Thank you. Read more about The Historic Geocaches' campaign.
