This is located in an group of buildings off any of the main stretches. There may be people here during the day, but this particular location has been empty any time I've come out. There is easy parking right next to the cache.
You're looking for a home made cache container that may look like it belongs at first, but really doesn't make any sense in its location. Watch out for wasps nearby.
