This is a multi-cache in three parts. The first two are small kayaker dryboxes, the final cache a standard ammo can. There is no need to bushwack as all waypoints are within a stone's throw of established trails. This area offers some absolutely spectacular views of Spokane. Enjoy!
October 9, 2004 I have been requested by the Palisades Association to post a note asking that geocachers please stay on established trails. I know it is tempting to just follow the GPS but much work has been done on trail maintenance, making a map and putting up signs. Cross cutting destroys the trail system. I am afraid not everyone understands the GPS well enough to know how to parallel a point until you reach a trail that goes in the correct direction. Also some folks may not want the extra exercise but it is not a great distance. Please respect the work and effort that has gone into obtaining, supporting and creating this beautiful area for our enjoyment.
