Many years ago, my dachshund "Tiffy" had a favorite toy called "the Weasel ball". Tiffy is long gone, but I still had one of these vintage toys in an unopened box and decided the poor critter needed a new home. So, the Weasel has found a new hidey hole to occupy. He may startle you when you search for the cache and he will come out to greet you. But don't worry ... he doesn't bite.
The cache is located in Marion's Thomas/Legion Park along one of the new mowed grass trails branching off the main gravel trail. It is a small container with only a log sheet and pencil. There is room in the container for geocoins but nothing larger. I have included a John Adams dollar for the FTF.
Please return the little critter to the container. He needs to stay with the cache and is there just for fun and as my tribute to all the wonderful puzzles and hides placed by "the Weasel" in our area.
This cache was placed with permission from Mike Carolan, Marion Parks Director. Enjoy all the new trails in the park and please observe the park hours of 6 AM to 10:30 PM!
