Hermann Gutbier 20.2.1842 - 8.5.1936 Einst Lehrer an der Bürgerschule, später an der höheren Töchterschule tätig. Danach als Stadtarchivar gearbeitet. Ein besonderes Dokument stellt seine 17 bändige Häuserchronik dar. Am 9.5.1937 wurde dieses Dekmal dem Ehrenvorsitzenden der Harthgemeinde gesetzt.
