Geocache Description:

San Luis Peak, Crestone Peak, Uncompaghre Peak, Grays Peak

This series is dedicated to my Favorite "14ers"- Colorado peaks that are 14,000 ft elevation or higher. They all have Class 1 or 2 hiking trails to the summit providing awesome views on top and along the way. If you have climbed this mountain, post a photo of your adventure. Mt. Sherman makes a great short 4.5 mile hike if done from the easily accessible Iowa Gulch trailhead near Leadville. The final ridge to the summit is a great Class 2 scramble. You can continue on to Gemini Peak (13er) after summiting Sherman.
