This is a combined effort of two geocachers. It is located in Occoneechee Mountain State Park in Hillsborough. Access the park off of Orange Grove Road. Look for Virginia Cates Road, which will be very near where I-85 crosses over Orange Grove.
Turn in on Virginia Cates, go past the fishing ponds on your right and you'll reach the parking area on your left. Park the car and start hiking up the mountain.
When you get close look for a medium-sized plastic jar with a white top.
*Note* - This cache is probably not for everyone. The terrain is quite steep here, but the view is worth the effort.
