För en tid sedan frågade jag dig om dina planer för denna cache. Då jag inte ser någon åtgärd eller svar arkiverar jag nu denna cache.

Geocache Description:

Nävraspång

A lay-by between Alingsås & Borås where the road cross the "Sörån". The oldest bridge at this place was built in 1820, it was in use until the next was built in 1936. When it was time for a new one in 1991-92 the "Swedish National Road Administration" (vägverket) wanted to tear the oldest bridge down to give space for the new one. Since the middle of 1960´s a man with the name Jan Sandblom (who is one of the landowners by the bridges) had been responsible for the maintenance of the oldest bridge. He appealed to the swedish government and he won! So the road administration had to adjust the plans of the new bridge. Thanks to Jan Sandblom you could stay at the lay-by and see 3 generations of bridges.
And why don´t search for a cache when you already stopped by? The container is a normal Lock´n´lock plastic container with the usual contents.
