From I10 go south on 281 to the Garcon Point Water Management Area, there are two parking lots and trailheads off Rt281. I suggest you use the one to the south nearest the toll booth.
You must first find a micro cache for a pointer to the library cache. The micro (a red capped spice jar) cache is hidden near a vertical pipe or post. The pipe may be seen from the trail at about 100', on the left.
