Ukijima-cho Park is located at Kawasaki end of Tokyo Bay Aqua Line.
The Ukijima area is a pure industrial area, so the area will be empty on weekend. Still, the park has visitor because this park is famous for viewing airplane, since the park is located across the airport. Also there were some anglers.
The cache is a small plastic case. It shouldn't be difficult to locate one.
