I've often driven by this area after yet another visit to my dentist and thought it would be a good place for a cache. It's on the 'legal' side of the fence so no reason to fret about that.
This cache is a skinny little thing, about 4" long which holds about 1/3 the volume of a 35mm film canister.
Please rehide the same way utilizing the natural camo for the joy of future seekers!
