Parking at GZ could get you a ticket. The very least would be a lot of annoyed motorist. So park down the block to the East and walk back.
And that 2 on the D, I think perhaps is over rated. It's clearly visible for a quick grab.
You can drive to within 5' of the cache and maybe even get to stop there. But don't count on adequate time to retrieve the cache sign the log and putting it back while stopped. You're not that fast, even if you see the cache from the car.
This is an event cache, where those that attended the "I Scream Dutch Treat" got a 24hr head start on getting a FTF.
