This location holds quite a bit of history both personal and public. In the immediate area is a handful of very unusual buildings. One, where my wife worked with some colleagues, and another where the Tsunami Rangers are based out of.
The Tsunami Rangers are a dozen members of an ocean adventure kayaking team located near San Francisco that live for kayaking adventure on the ocean. They believe they should, through example and education, show others how to fully enjoy the marine environment with nominal effect on it. What better way to thank them, than have a cache with their name on it?
