This is a series of caches on Evergreen and Tri-City Beach Roads - the oldest and scariest places in Baytown. Do NOT do this series at night - unless you are absolutely fearless or have a photo of Baytown's Mayor Stephen DonCarlos in your hands to negotiate a tax break for the Goatman.
