This cache is located along the bike path leading from Haverstraw to Nyack. This section of the trail once was the home of dozens of Hemlock trees. Over the past 15 years they have been the victim of the Woolly Adelgid, an invasive species which targets Hemlocks. Today their destruction has been complete in this area. The hemlocks have all died and most have fallen.
I averaged the coordinates over 100 times and checked them with two different GPS units, but since it is so close to the Palisades cliffs there is a lot of signal bounce. I've provided a very specific clue if you are having trouble. The trail is only accessible during daylight hours.
