situated in the upper section of the annalong valley to access cache
follow carricklittle track over to
lower cove,then follow up track towards slieve beg ,then follow your arrow up to the illustrious cove gully ,its best to take right hand gully as you asend as the two verge into one,gully can then be climbed to top
of cove mountain the crux
small boulder that can be got around in 1 or 2 moves, an ascent of gully is a must as it is like something out of anothr time
to head home , go back towards lamagan cove saddle then back to lower cove and back to track.i gave 5 stars ,the heather on the way up is tough on the old legs and its steep.added this note,this one is only accessed from below and yes it isa diff one as down climbing can be difficult so be careful.
