For 300 years a Royal Palace stood within
the flint walls having previously been one of a series of castles
built for defence purposes.
There is lots of well documented history
surrounding the Castle, but there are also rumours that it is the
location the Holy Grail
The Quest For the Grail
To find this cache you will need travel the length and breadth
of Britain to gather together a band of the bravest geocaching
kerniggets to join you in your quest.
Do not fear the Invincible Black Knights that say "None Shall
Park" for by feeding the parking machines with silver will render
them without legs to stand on.
But beware for ’Tis only a flesh wound and after the time has
elapsed the Black Knights will issue you with a Parking Ticket if
you have not already left.
Collect your Shining Steed from Castle Street, and possibly stop
for some refreshment there yourself, before heading across the road
into the realms of certain peril.

Head through the shrubberies, whilst looking out for the Chavs
who say "Ni", lest they should discover what you are doing.

Thou willst find the postern gate is locked. But fear not for in
the daytime the worthy can storm the Castle by going around the
Postern Tower
Having entered the castle thou must ascend the staircase (or
what is left of it) up the postern tower - the
Grail Cache is hidden within the tower
