Geocache Description:

NOTE CACHE RELOCATION - I have moved it to higher pastures where GPS coverage is a little better. Make sure you read the long description and take the clue with you just in case!
Part of a circular walk from Richmond, above the banks of the River Swale through Low Bank and Billy Bank Woods. Parking available nearby. (3 and a half mile circular walk). Take care as underfoot can be a bit slippery.

Follow the signposts from the town centre "to the river". Cross the bridge (rebuilt between 1788-89) and turn right, along the highest footpath. Head up the woods following the path, the cache lies along side the path, adjacent to fields.Views of Richmond Castle, the Swale river and the town along the way, best of which will be in winter.
Cache is named in honour of 'Leoness', a local cacher, to commemorate her 40th birthday and departure from Yorkshire. Leoness completed her personal challenge of completing all caches in North Yorkshire - this to be her last?
GPS coverage is poor due to tree coverage, you may need to use the clue!
