Let's get together for a little disc golf
...a little geocaching
...and a little picnic
It seems a lot of geocachers also enjoy the sport of disc golf so we thought it would be great to have an event that combined the two and throw in a picnic for good measure. We've reserved the large shelter at Lake Olathe from 8AM to 5PM on the 22nd of June. We thought we'd play some disc golf in the morning and for those not interested in flinging discs, there are plenty of caches in the area and there will undoubtedly be a few new caches published the day of the event. All can join in for the picnic around noon. Hotdogs, buns, plates, utensils and condiments will be provided. Others can bring chips, dips or any other side dishes you would like to share. Tentative schedule is as follows:
9:00am - Meet at shelter (event coordinates) for disc golf prep.
9:30am - Disc golf
12:30pm - Eat
1:30pm - Who knows? Maybe some prizes for the disc golf champions 
. Coordinates for new caches handed out.
2:00pm and on - More caching and disc golf.
