The geocache is hidden beside the ruins of the old shot-tower in Federaun, at the bottom of the 100m high stonewall.

Der Cache ist bei den Ruinen des Schrotturms von Federaun am Fuße der 100m hohen Felswand versteckt.
The shot-tower was built in 1861, by Anton L. Moritsch. It was owned by Dr. Werner A. Watzenig. His industries were known for producing lead products and anti-corrosive paint, as well as lead shot. In 1897 the tower had been demolished.

Der Schrotturm wurde 1861 von Anton L. Moritsch erbaut. Der Turm gehörte Dr. Werner A. Watzenig. Er besaß mehrere Fabriken für Bleiwaren und stellte auch Rostschutzfarben und eben auch Bleischrot her. 1897 wurde der Turm wieder abgetragen.
