O'Pioneers Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Hemlock: This cache has been brought to my attention via a "needs archived" log. This cache has been missing for over 8 months, which should be more than enough time to check on it and replace it if needed. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time I don't think we can do so any longer. Therefore, I have archived this cache.

When/if this cache is replaced, please email me at hemlock@geocachingadmin.com and I'll be more than happy to take a look at your cache again. If it is still is within the guidelines for cache placement and posting, it will then be unarchived.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

Thanks for your understanding,
Hemlock

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Most of the history left in Dublin is located in one small corner. To honor the pioneers of this area, we hid a cache in the heart of historic Dublin. This is a great area to wander around and read the various plaques which give us a peak into what the Amador Valley must have been like a hundred years ago.

Please be respectful and keep to the paths.

The container is a baseball sized piece of Rubbermaid wrapped in black duct tape. It contains a variety of small items. Please log on the back of the Geocaching letter.

The cache is easily reached from one of the paths, so please do not go "cross country."

The cache is hidden under a canopy of trees so the coordinates may be somewhat off. I made several trips to the area at different times and days. The above coordinates seemed to work best. Bring the clue along, it should make sense when you get there.
