The Creepy Crawly Cache Traditional Geocache
Patuxent Pirates: Frustrated.... this one apparently was just flatly stolen from its placement. Trying to pull the right supplies together to do it right is just ending in futility. I guess I should just read the tea leaves and archive. I really loved this one too!!!

The geocache is dedicated to all those creepy crawly things we find on our adventures into the woods. Hopefully the contents of this cache will not scare you too bad!
This cache is located in St. Mary's River State Park. It is located off only a short distance off the main trail around the lake and is designed to be family friendly. In our travels geocaching for the last 5 years we have come across many a creepy crawly character. We have seen all the frogs, toads, lizards, snakes, ticks, chiggers, mosquitoes, beetles and other bugs you could imagine. It's a wild natural world out there and you always have to watch out for those things creeping and crawling around or some of them may just end up coming home with you. This cache serves as a tribute to them and there are examples of many creepy crawly critters in the cache. Please take care to place the geocache exactly as found so that it remains hidden from passing muggles.
