Bergums Fritidslantgård is a popular family goal especially during weekends. Here you can have a close look at some of the animals you may later find at your table.
Opening hours are 10-15 all days and there is a very nice possibility for a picnic within the area since tables and benches are placed at several places. Entrance is free and you may get help from the farmers if you have questions. Why not buy an icecream while you take a break on your way to one of the more demanding caches along the 190, or afterwards ??
So this is what you have to do :
Take a picture of yourself and one of the pigs (at N57 49.219 E12 11.121) and upload it when you log here. You (and the pig) should be possible to identify on the picture.
N.B DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PIGS HAVE BECOME HAM WAITING FOR REPLACEMENT IT IS ALLOWED TO PIGTURE YOURSELF WITH A COW OR GOAT INSTEAD !!
In this way the PIGTURE Gallery will be created and expanded ! You log in the log book as usual too.
Please do not enter the fenced area where the pigs stay, it is not only electrically fenced off to stop pigs from escaping but is also there to prevent you from becoming the supper of the pig !
Sometimes the pigs rest inside but they are curious about you and will come and check you out after a while.
If you do not want to publish a picture of yourself on the webside then you can send it to me, and after my approval but first then, log the cache. I will of course not distribute or publish it anywhere.
If you do not agree with this claim then you should disregard logging this cache and just take a nice stroll in the surroundings instead.
The 520 bus from Nils Erikssonplatsen (2 coupons from Gothenburg only) will take you to a bus stop a couple of hundred meters away on the main road. Just branch off into the footpath to the left, beside the gravel road, and you will face the parking lot at N57 49.149 E12 11.244 which is convenient if you go by car instead.
The cache is placed within 15 m from the information board beside the gravel road leading to the farm.
It contains from start, log book, pencil, stash note and a STCC Key ring. Take good care when taking it and putting it back again.
