Thorny1: Archiving to free up the area - I am still planning on replacing this TB cache - maybe at a different exit. With all the construction at this one it's not a good idea for now.

Welcome to Emerson, GA! this cache has a three-fold purpose - 1) A place to trade Travel Bugs, 2) A smilie and 3) to keep that smilie on your face by keeping you from getting a ticket :)
Stealth may be required, there is construction going on around this location. Be very respectful of this location. At times there are CITO opportunities here - there are trashcans available if needed.
Bring a TB, trade a TB. Bring two TB's, trade 2 TB's. If you don't have a TB just sign the log. Have fun and Don't Speed!!!
*Note* - No Travel Bug Motel/Hotel Owner wants to see his or her cache empty of Travel Bugs, yet Travel Bugs and Geocoins were designed to be moved, not held because it might leave a cache empty. The "take one bug, leave one bug, etc..." is only a suggestion - if you can move a bug or coin along on it's journey to complete it's goal, then please, by all means take it with you whether you trade or not :)
