There is ample parking at the war memorial (A838,A836 junction). A track, offering some lovely views, goes up to the rather un-lovely telephone mast. It is worth adding the extra distance by going right up to the top of the track just for the view up the Kyle.
There is also good parking at Coldbackie, should you fancy a short sharp cache. Either way be aware of the cliffs on the North-West of the hill.
Watch Hill offers a sublime overview of the Kyle of Tongue and its Islands, a fact not entirely un-noticed by the customs and excise.
Original Contents: A “Nosing Glass”, a badge, Blue Ribbon, car, stuff (c’mon, it was windy!).
