Cross over Cave Run Dam and park in Stoney Cove Recreation area. Walk up gravel road that starts at the Bulletin Board. A short way up you see a trail on the left (Caney Loop) and a Trail on the right (Sheltowee). Take Caney Loop Trail for a nice lakeside hike, take Sheltowee Trail for a longer hike. Caney Loop Trail intersects the Sheltowee Trail. Its about 7 miles total for the whole loop.
The cache is the original tupperware container from 2001. I left the original container there since its still in good shape. I also placed an ammo box there to use.
30 to 45 minute hike to the cache. Take pictures. Spoilers in the logs.
