Maine's first annual Winter Camp Out Event! The above coordinates
are for parking. This is the closet vehicle access (other than
snowmobile)
WOW..if everyone else had as much fun as I did then this event was a huge success.What a awesome group.Tat and I want to thank everyone that attended for making this a event we should all remember for a life time.Special thanks goes out to the Whetstone Mayor for his hard work dragging trails and for bring those beans for everyone to eat,To Number Seven for providing parking,breaking out his trails and loaning a snowsled for shuttling gear to from the site.We also want to give a special recognition to Kaching Karen for all her help with the kids events.Thanks everyone!!!
Had we giving out a prize for the best looking campsite it would have gone to Hiram and Steph.Great job guys.
Countless years ago people gather around campfires to socialise,we just proved this isn't a lost art.Theres no better way to make lasting friends,then to spend time with these people in nature.
