Its not Mount Rushmore but its certainly just as spectacular with its splendid views.

We loved this area while on a crecent holiday to SA so we wanted to leave something for all fellow cachers.

The cache is a small 1ltr container well hidden. It contains all the usual swaps and a logbook. Please keep your swaps small and enjoy the adventure.

This must be one of the oldest caches in the area and the early cachers chose the best locations, just as they should.
Loved the view from up here, took a few photos, wondered if there was anyone in the tower.
The cache was out of sight though and well hidden.
Thanks to The Rats.

I had been here before. Before caching. Interesting that the road was not on the TomTom and it wanted me to do the walk. Luckily I could remember my 1999 visit here. The Astro brain does amaze me sometimes.

The bloke painting the new fire tower close by was more interested in cutting in than me. Thankfully.

Clear skies from TeamAstro. Our thanx to the Rats.
