Geocache Description:

Between the soccer fields and a golf course in Burleson, you will find this Geocoin bank.

The Geocoin is here!

The Coin

These "coins" are unique in every way. Handmade with loving care. Plasma cut, ground, polished, stamped and placed in The Dispenser for your enjoyment. The dispenser holds one Coin. The Coin is metal. You gotta see one to believe it. Unlike any other. Open the cache and then the dispenser. There is room for other stuff, too. It's a big ammo box.

The Dispenser

It is made out of mahogany. Hand rubbed with raw linseed oil to seal and preserve it. Turn the lever and slide the pocket open. Watch out! They are heavy. If someone beat you to the cache, it will be empty. I will re-stock the dispenser periodically. At least once per month. More often to begin with. Maybe everyday. If you require additional coins, I will be glad to make you one and deliver it to the cache of your choice for a nominal fee.

DO NOT REMOVE THE DISPENSER FROM THE CACHE SITE!

The Cache

At the posted coordinates, you will find a micro with an animal's name inside. Match up that animal with the proper coordinates below to find the Geocoin Dispenser.

Badger.......32° 31.992 97° 19.038
Lion..........32° 31.985 97° 19.012
Sardine......32° 32.029 97° 18.995
Monkey.......32° 32.017 97° 19.010
Walrus........32° 31.966 97° 19.003
Wildebeast...32° 31.988 97° 19.009
Scorpion.....32° 31.972 97° 19.017
Nutria........32° 31.957 97° 19.022
Ptarmigan....32° 31.948 97° 19.030

At the posted coordinates, there is also a dummy pod. This is just to let you know you are at the right spot. The micro is near a dead tree and is now on the ground.
This area is rather overgrown. That is the reason for the terrain rating. You can follow the creek bed in dry season to get you close to the site. There will be a steep bank to deal with this way. Heavier bushwacking if you approach from the west.
