A quick 3 stage multi. All stages are reached from withing the
parking lots. Once you enter the lot to find stage one you won't go
back to the street until you have found everything.
This should be a pretty quick multi. This spot is where you look
down upon from my VHH Views (GCT8RP)cache. Now you can look up and
possible see a cacher looking back at you.
As stated before, all stages can be grabbed from inside the
three parking lots. Please get them from the lots.
