You are looking for a magnetic micro on the Hogan Rd. Beware as it is in a high muggle area. Time of day may help, or hurt you. Remember to replace it as you found it, and be careful as you replace it so the container does not get lost. This will make more sense when you find it. This is an easy PGC.
