Located in LBI under a beautiful boardwalk that I visit everytime I come here.
To get an ''Ocean View'',just climb up the boardwalk.Dont forget to take pics and post them here.
Cache is a film canister wrapped in camo tape,see hint below.The cache is underneath the boardwalk in plain sight.Be stealthy.
