I-55 at the Ponchatoula exit
This is a great walk for the kids. It's a board walk above the swamp where you might see a small gator, raccoon, egret, or any other denizen of the swamp! There may be a few muggles around, so you will have to look like you're trying to find some critter under the walkway. The clue is a good help. Also, be sure to camo the top so it can't be seen from above. Cache needs to be jammed in so that the occasional high water doesn't carry it away. The Cache ( re- established 2/8/09 ) contains a log, nice plyers, pog set, Duncan yoyo, caribener, small screwdriver, an a cable w/loop ends. The Cache has be re-established 9/14/18 with new items and log.
