Beste geocachers, het is weer eens wat anders. Deze geocache kost je wat geld (tenzij je gaat zwemmen)
maar je hebt er veel plezier van.
Dear geocachers, this one is a bit different. This geocache wil cost you some euros
(unless your are going for a swim), but you wil have a lot of fun.
'De Plaag van de Kaag' is gelegen in het prachtige Zuid Hollandse plassengebied.
Het laat zich raden welke plas. Het is een aaneenschakeling van stukjes natuur met dynamisch
vliegverkeer aan het zwerk. Zoals gezegd je zal een boot moeten regelen. Dit kan in het dorp Kaag (N 52 12.877 E 4 33.455)
maar ook op andere plekken rond de plas (Warmond, Leiden enz.) De 'DG-eocachers' hebben 5 schepen in
Kaag gehuurd om deze cache te verstoppen. Een team van 21 mensen heeft de cache ergens in het 'Groene Hart verscholen.
Geen multi-cache, maar je zult er toch even mee bezig zijn. Aanleggen wordt je geacht bij een steiger te doen,
dus niet de rietkraag invaren.
'De Plaag van de Kaag' is placed in de the beautiful Zuid Hollandse lake area.
You can guess the name of the lake. It's in a one of the often quiet pieces of Holland, unless
the Schiphol - landing route is overhead. Like we said you we have to arrange a boot. You can rent
boots in all the villages surrounding the lake, we did it in the 'Kaag' (N 52 12.877 E 4 33.455). We (the 'DG'eocachers) rented 5 sailboots and hided the cache with 21 people.
It's not a multi-cache but nevertheless it will take you some time.
Don't drive the boot into the marchland. You can use a landing (pier) near the cache.
