Geocache Description:

This cache IS at the posted coordinates. It is less than 250m from the road and no bushwacking is required. However, the road is not plowed in the winter and may be muddy in the spring.

Mystery/Puzzle caches! Cachers either love them or hate them -- not much neutral ground between! Personally, I feel they add a dimension of challenge to a cache, much like a creative cammo job or a sneaky hide. They're also great to work on during bad weather days and when you find yourself house-bound or stuck at work. Cachers also like to celebrate "milestones" -- consecutive days having logged a find, number of finds, FTFs, etc. This cache celebrates and recognizes that most despised of caches -- the mystery/puzzle cache -- and those who have persevered and triumphed, having achieved the "Mystery/Puzzle 'C' Club Milestone".

To log a "Found It" for this cache, in addition to finding the cache and signing the logbook, you musthave found 100 mystery/puzzle caches. Demonstrate this logging requirement any way you see fit: reference your profile, create a Bookmark list, etc. If you find yourself short on finds, visit Islander1988's "Puzzle Street" series near Bridgewater, NS for a challenging 50 caches; jim52's 52-puzzle series near Moncton; or K-57's 57-puzzle series near Fredericton!

You are welcome to sign the log, make comments, and trade items if you find this cache BUT please don't log this cache as found unless you meet the requirements of having found 100 mystery/puzzle caches and furnished proof to the cache owner as specified above.

You must also solve the following puzzle to get the numbers to open the combination lock on the cache container:

"What goes on 4 legs in the morning, on 2 legs at noon, and on 3 legs in the evening?"

1. The first number of the combination will be the total number of letters in your answer.

2. The next 3 numbers of the combination will be the square of the checksum value of your answer (use a=1, b=2, c=3... to get a numerical value for your answer)

If you have trouble, feel free to call the person who helped you figure out the other 100 mystery finds you've logged!

(This cache is adapted from IndyMagicMan's GC1600K "Challenge of the Century: Mystery". At the time of this placement the cache owner has found 188 mystery/puzzle caches)
