Thomas the Tadlet often asks, Is there a cache in Greenland yet? Now there is!
This is your chance to visit a very green part of the world. You passed Lake Greenly on the way to the cache. Mount Greenly is the peak to the north. The sandy expanse to the north is Greenly Beach. And the isle out to sea is Greenly Island. It is all green. Except for the ground you are standing on, which is Coles Point.

The cache is hidden beside an erratic rock. Look for a one litre plastic box. Watch out when you move the rocks they are sharp.

I cant remember the last time I have been to Greenly. My wife and kids had never been there, so it was new to them.

Lots of good photos were taken.

I've always wanted to go to Greenland. On a map it looks bigger than Australia. Imagine a green place bigger than that. Cool. Plus I hear the fishing is good there too.

The cache fish here had to be restocked so I had spoken to the amphibious owner and had come prepared with some cache fruit. I restocked the pond and carefully covered it so the fish have a fighting chance to grow and collect logs.

You will find the cache no problems. It's safe near THAT rock. You can't miss it. Make sure you replace so the other muggle fishers walk away with their buckets empty.

BYO camera and binos. Greenland sure is a big place. It's true. See my pics if you can't wait.

Clear skies from TeamAstro. Nice for the penultimate 4200 milestone

Found the place where we think it was, small pile of rocks that look like they were used it hide something. had a very thorough look in the surrounding area, no sign of the cache.

We fear that this one may have been muggled

Thanks to Freddo and Co for giving us an excuse to stop and stretch the legs at this beaut spot on a wild and wooly day. Had to hunt for a while as GPS put me some distance from GZ (dodgy overcast day) and I forgot Geocaching 101 rule..... "it pays to check the cache notes before attempting a find".
