Geocache Description:

A pleasant walk in the Itchen Valley Country Park

This is the first cache we have placed. We hope you enjoy it.

It is located in the Itchen Valley Country Park details of which can be found at (visit link)

The postcode of the park is SO30 3HQ on Allington Lane for those people who will be using a car GPS to get to the park. Alternatively, the coordinates for the car park are N50 56.625 W1 20.610

It is a fairly easy walk, used a lot by dog owners so beware of muggles and their dogs when trying to locate the cache.

The circular route is about 1.2 miles and includes open fields and paths. The paths can get a little muddy after rainfall.

The cache is a small brown ammo box. Its initial contents are

1. LED Torch and Compass
2. Lockable kids diary
3. Post-it pad
4. Bag of Fluorescent pens and erasers
5. Sports Calf support (for a big calf!)
6. Wind up toy car
7. Mini Sega Electronic Game
8. Ninja Turtle plastic toy
9. Crocodile Nose
10. 4 x AA batteries

Be careful when closing the lid of the ammo box, it is a bit fierce.

Please leave a note of your visit in the log book. There are a couple of pencils and a pen in the cache.
