Geocache Description:

The terrain is pretty much a bunch of stairs so if you can walk stairs you can make it to the cache. There is no need to go on private property on this one so don't.

Keep those feet on the stairs! Please Please don't tear up the flora either!

The evil penguins are quietly spreading their reign of terror throughout the Northwest. Evil Penguins are not push overs so be ready to spend some time to discover their evil lair and help stop their sinister plots.

The container is the size of an Altoids tin, sealed in a Ziplock bag. So make sure to bring cool small items to trade! Visit during daylight as this location may not be the safest place at night. But during the day it is well used so be sneaky!

Should this be added: While Lakeview Blvd E. is closed to traffic the only access point by car is by 10th Ave E. Street parking is limited.
