Frodo_Underhill: The area was vandalized and it may take quite a while before the Borough gets around to making repairs. The cache just isn't quite the same in another hiding spot and I hate to have cachers looking suspicious around an area subject to vandalism. So with some reluctance this cache is being archived. Thanks to everyone who came to this cache.
