We at EARL (Earls A Real Loser) want to open an investigation of Earl and EARL (Earls A Real Leader). Earl and EARL (Earls A Real Leader) are using a tremendous amount of city funds to blow up a smoke and mirror campaign to try to distract the public from the real issues and away from the fact that Earl and EARL (Earls A Real Leader) are as crooked as the day is long. We at EARL (Earls A Real Loser) are desparately trying to unravel this mystery and expose them for what they are and what they are trying to do before it is too late. Due to the ever growing popularity of Earl and EARL (Earls A Real Leader), it has become increasingly hard to keep our intrests alive and intact. So we are trying to gather names on our petition to stop these forces and end their reign.
To that end, please follow the details below to find and sign our petition. In order to go any farther, you are going to need to know what Earl's favorite pasttimes were. In order find this out, you may have to do some preliminary caching or maybe your memory is good. This information can be gathered from the following three caches: Where's Earl Part 1, 2, and 3.
UPDATE - Where's Earl Part 2 and 3 have been ransacked. Do not look there for your clues. Instead use the pictures below to solve for those stamps.
Use the name of each stamp image and input the number for each letter in backwards order (z=1, y=2, x=3, etc).
Now, assign each number to a new capital letter as described below:
The numbers from the word from Wher's Earl Part 1 = A, B, C, D, and E
The numbers from the word from Wher's Earl Part 2 = F, G, and H
The numbers from the word from Wher's Earl Part 3 = I, J, K, and L
