This is part of the World Wide Flash Mob IV, held literally around the world presumably simultaneously. The event will last only 15 minutes, begin precisely at 2230L HRS (10:30 PM for the uninitiated; 1800Z HRS for those from out of town) and disperse at exactly 2245L HRS (10:45 PM; 1815Z HRS).
This will be a "No Frills" event held at Tim Horton's on the Boardwalk. At 2230 HRS, SDAJumpmaster will move to the left side of Timmy's (as you are looking at it) beside the signature wall hanging and whip out a notebook. This will constitute the log. SDAJumpmaster will be wearing US Army Combat Uniform and have a Garmin Map60 CSX in his hand. We'll have donuts and coffee (Dutch Treat, no offense intended to those from Holland!), swap stories, and disappear into the night.
