BIRDS OF A FEATHER Traditional Cache
X-C Shadow: I'm taking this one off the Geo-grid. It's had a good run. The Unique cache cover has weathered well but is beginning to deteriorate and won't make it through another winter. I might try to put another cache in this area next spring. Thanks to all of you who made the effort to visit and sign the log. X-C Shadow

Most people go by this wetlands at 55 mph. Take some time to check out the bird life and pick up a neat little micro to boot.
This micro is located on the edge of a wetlands that borders Highway 2. If you take the time, you will see an abundance of bird and other wildlife in this natural area.
There is a nice little paved turn-out on the east end of the wetlands. You will need to be prepared to walk through some waist high grass and maneuver around some heavy tree growth to get to the cache. You won't need to get too close to the water. If your feet get wet, you have gone too far.
