This little park is yet another open area that does not appear to be used by anyone. It is always deserted when I drive by. TAH DAH! TAXMAN 1 to the rescue! Now that a cache is here, cachers will flock here from all over the area, and this place will no longer be deserted. Mission accomplished.
The only muggles will be watching you from the comfort and safety of their homes across the street. Standing in the creek bed will screen you from any muggles. It will also give you a view of the cache.
The container is a 4 oz. food storage container. You didn't know that they made them that small, did you? There is a prize for FTF.
I am not giving any hints because experienced cachers like you do not require hints. You don't need no stinkin' hints.
Park on the street like everyone else.
