The cache can be accessed via a trailhead at a neighborhood park
on Talleyran Drive.
Directions to the park: Take Spicewood Springs Road west from US
Hwy 183 and continue straight on Old Lampasas Trail (do not turn
south on Spicewood Springs Road). Turn right on Talleyran Drive and
continue until you see a small neighborhood park on the right.
The hike to the cache is short, about 0.12 mi from the
trailhead, but there is some climbing around rocky areas. Thorny
vines seem to like this area also. The most direct route is not the
easiest. See the hint for a clue to easier access. Approximate
trailhead coords are N 30° 25.538, W 097° 48.066.
The container is a 4x4x6 inch plastic dry roasted peanut
container.
With all this said, we shall see who cannot avoid
temptation!
